Cheri Oteri ("Saturday Night Live", "Inspector Gadget") will join the cast of "When Harry Met Lloyd: Dumb & Dumberer". According to The Hollywood Reporter, Oteri will play Ms. Heller, a high school cafeteria worker who poses as a special ed teacher.The film is targeted for a July release.
