Trek Today reports that a sequel to "Free Enterprise" – the one about the Star Trek nerds, that starred William Shatner – is in the works. Writer Mark Altman says "I didn’t really want to do a sequel, but Rob and I came up with a great idea that we took to Shatner that he loved and proceeded to make even better and now it’s taken on a life of its own. It’s sort of Curb Your Enthusiasm meets ‘Swingers’". And what of the rumours of a TV series? "Well, there is some truth to that [TV series possibility], although it’s more likely that we’ll be doing a sequel first. Rob and I are writing the script now and [William] Shatner’s onboard and we have a great idea so that’s a bit of an exclusive. We haven’t really announced this yet". Thanks to Dark Horizons
