Be afraid, be very afraid, that ape-sized, drooling K-9 known to audiences as "Beethoven" is returning for another – or should that be, yet another – sequel. According to Video Premiere Awards (I guess that mean’s it’s headed straight to video), Universal have hired Cliff Ruby and Elana Lesser to write. Dave Thomas ("Strange Brew") will be playing Dad this time, replacing Judge Reinhold, and before him, Charles Grodin. According to the blurb, "The big dog gets partnered with someone more sloppy than him."
