The U.K press has gone into overdrive reporting that "Angel" star David Boreanaz had "been signed up to play Superman in a new £80-million film about the comic book hero." The Daily Express and Hello! Magazine said David had beat Jude Law to the role and that he is signed for three films and will receive £30 million. Superhero Hype contacted Warner Bros who confirmed that this is basically nonsense and that no one has been cast as Superman yet.
