Doesn’t sound like the new "Batman" movie is going to happen this year, with word that Director Chris Nolan has been signed to do another movie first. Called "The Prestige", it’s based on the Christopher Priest novel. The script was written by Jonathan Nolan, Chris’ brother who wrote the story that formed the basis for Memento. The story begins in 1878, as a seance hatches a bitter rivalry between two young stage magicians. Jude Law is rumored to be a frontrunner for one of the roles. Variety says Disney and Warner Bros. are in negotiations to split distribution rights.
