  • Paramount has removed “Mission : Impossible 3” from it’s Memorial Day 2004 release date – it’s being pushed back several months.

  • Christopher Walken is in talks to star in “Around the Bend”, about four generations of men, all of whom have had their offspring at a young age: a great-grandfather, a grandfather (Walken), a father in his twenties and a son who is about 7 years old. When the oldest member passes away, the trio heads out on the road together in the Southwest to search out an old family secret that connects to their past.

  • David Ranes has been tapped to adapt Larry Barkdull’s novel "The Mourning Dove" into a movie, says The Hollywood Reporter.

  • Menno Meyjes [“Max”] is in negotiations to helm his first studio feature, Universal Pictures/Imagine Entertainment’s crime thriller "Inside Man." The project is set during a tense hostage situation at a bank where a tough cop must match wits with a clever bank robber who sets out to pull off the perfect bank robbery.
