Big Cameron Crowe fan here folks. Was a litter disappointed with “Vanilla Sky”. Ok, a lot disappointed – but still feel Crowe’s got it in him to shoot out another winner. Hopefully that’ll be his next, “Elizabethtown”. And according to the Hollywood Reporter, DreamWorks Pictures and Paramount Pictures are in final negotiations to jointly finance and co-produce the film. Kirsten Dunst and Ashton Kutcher are attached to the film, described as “love letter to the resilience of the life force and is a story of an unexpected romance that develops against the backdrop of a Southern patriarch’s hilariously elaborate memorial”. No misshapen Tom Cruise and I’m happy.
