  • Hollywood North Report has posted some exclusive pictures from the set of “I, Robot” in New Westminister showing some of the futuristic store fronts set to be used for the shoot over the next 2 weekends. You can check them out here

  • Imagine chairman Brian Grazer has hired Peter Berg to direct “Friday Night Lights”, based on H.G. Bissinger’s 1990 high school football chronicle, says Variety.

  • Bob’s son Jesse Dylan (American Wedding) is in talks to direct “Let’s Make Friends”, a comedy about male bonding being produced by De Line Pictures for Paramount.

  • A ‘Warcraft’ and “Diablo” movie may be in the works. You may recall, Vin Diesel’s movie shared the same name and was forced to change it. Now we know why. Thanks to ‘’

  • FletchWon spoke to Kevin Smith who revealed that the battle to cast Jason Lee as the title character in “Fletch Won” isn’t faring well.

  • Ethan Hawke is set to direct a big screen version of his book “The Hottest State”, eyeing a January start.

  • According to The Hollywood Reporter, Columbia Pictures has paid about $1.75 million for "Click," a spec script by "Bruce Almighty" scribes Steve Koren and Mark O’Keefe, which Adam Sandler may star in.

  • Michelle Rodriquez and Kate Bosworth have been mentioned as possibilities for “Aliens vs. Predator”. Thanks to ‘Gareth’

  • Maverick Films has optioned "She Rocks," a romantic comedy script from filmmaker Amie Steir that Amanda Peet is attached to star in and Madonna will executive produce, says The Hollywood Reporter.

  • Jennifer Love Hewitt and Kip Pardue are teaming to star in the road-trip indie feature "Whiter Shade of Pale" for helmer Sydney Macartney.

  • NBC is set to announce the Joey spin-off – from “Friends” – today. According to USA Today – via Coming Soon – the show will begin in September 2004, probably in the newly vacated Thursday at 8 p.m. ET/PT time slot, after Friends ends its 10th and final season in May.
