As I get back to the mass-coverage of "Kill Bill Volume 1" I’m working on, I’ll let you find out who’s exited "Shopgirl", which "Deliverance" star is spoofing his character from that great flick, the who’s and what’s of "The Princess Diaries 2", and why the gang from "Oceans Twelve" will be in Amsterdam.

  • Burt Reynolds will star in “Without a Paddle”, a comedy tribute to his role in “Deliverance”, about a camping trip gone bad as three city-dwelling friends – played by Seth Green, Matthew Lillard and Dax Sheppard – undergo a series of misadventures that anger the locals.

  • FilmJerk.com have character and story details for “The Princess Diaries 2”, which begins production November 18th.

  • CHUD reports that one of the treasures the guys in “Oceans Twelve” will be after is Rembrandt’s ‘Nachtwacht’ (Nightwatch) painting that is located in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

  • Filmjerk.com have details on the new female character for “Mission : Impossible 3”. Leah Quint is described as a natural American beauty and endowed with grace, warmth and vulnerability.

  • Thomas Jane turned up at the Toronto Film Festival in “Punisher” gear. Check out Superhero Hype for details.

  • David Spade and Adam Sandler are working on a comedy called “The Son of Santa”, according to The Howard Stern Show, via Dark Horizons.

  • DVD Answers has the specs up for the cooler-than-cool “Alien Quadrilogy” DVD set, coming in a couple of months time.

  • Linden Ashby, Kimberly Atkinson, Ski Carr, Adam Ciesielski, Anthony John Denison and Katie Stuart have joined the cast of “Wild Things 2 : The Glades”, reports the IMDB.

  • According to a report on Superhero Hype, “Man-Thing”, which has just started filming in Sydney, is probably headed direct to video.

  • Hollywood Dreams Online have a new poster up for “Looney Toons : Back in Action” here

  • Roadshow in Australia has pushed “Dumb and Dumberer” back from a September release to early December.

  • Gavin Rossdale and Djimon Hounsou are poised to join Warner Bros. Pictures’ "Constantine" for helmer Francis Lawrence, says The Hollywood Reporter.

  • Dougray Scott, Emilia Fox and Shaun Parkes round out the cast of "You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me”, a comedy-drama, which follows a group of twentysomethings trying to avoid adulthood and responsibility.

  • Zuleikha Robinson is set to star opposite Al Pacino in Arclight Films’ adaptation of William Shakespeare’s "The Merchant of Venice."

  • FilmJerk.com are reporting that Jimmy Fallon has exited the Steve Martin penned/starring “Shopgirl”. Producers are now on the lookout for a replacement.
