Aaron Eckhart starrer heads to the box


Another FOX flick – they recently announced a TV spin-off of the Summer hit, “Devil Wears Prada” – is set to turn TV series.

According to Variety, the satirical “Thank You For Smokling” is being retooled as a single-camera comedy series for NBC. The show will also fix on the film’s anti-hero, Nick Naylor, the big shot spin-doctor for the tobacco industry.

The trade says the series – which Rick Cleveland (“Six Feet Under”) will write and executive produce, with David O. Sacks, who produced the film, executive producing- will be set after the film, with Naylor now running his own firm.
