And what does Sidney Lumet have to do with it?

First things first, I have the casting breakdowns for “Justice League” in front of me as I speak. There are eight roles available. Unfortunately, not even the names of the characters are written on the breakdowns – you have to guess for yourself, I guess?

Lets see if you can guess which movie – it’s not the “Justice League” script – the actors are being asked to read lines from?

Female Role #1 – Antagonist
“Well, what aren’t you scared of? You live in your safe little world where nobody challenges you and you’re scared shitless to do anything else -”

Female Role #2 – Antagonist
“People like you can’t handle the truth. We live in a belligerent world. A world that has to be protected by those like you. Who else is going to do it?”

Female Role #3 – Antagonist
[Humble Whisper] “Why Me?”

Male Role #1 – Antagonist
“Well, what aren’t you scared of? You live in your safe little world where nobody challenges you and you’re scared shitless to do anything else -” (yep, same lines)

Male Role #2 – Antagonist
“I want the truth”

Male Role #3
“I have struggled in vain and can bear it no longer. These past few months have been a torment. I came here only to see you. I have fought against judgement, my family’s expectation. I will put them aside and ask you to end my agony”.

Male Role #4
(Male keeps calling the antagonist) “Hi this is [x]. Leave a message [Beep]”.

Make Role #5 – Antagonist
[Humble Whisper] “Why Me?”

Yep, actors are being asked to read dialogue from “Network”, directed by Sidney Lumet, and starring Peter Finch and Faye Dunaway.
