There’s good news – and there’s bad news. First, the good news. Remember those rumours about “Beverly Hills Cop 4” being a kid-friendly PG-13 movie? “Bullshit!”, so says director Brett Ratner. “Dont believe everything you read on the internet”, the Rat tells Latino Review. “Believe me, this is going to be a hard core ‘R’ Beverly Hills Cop. I start shooting next year” The bad news? (and the news that could potentially make the good news void) Eddie Murphy doesn’t want to do the film – at the moment. The Oscar Nominated actor says the flick isn’t ready. Or at least that’s how he felt when Extra interviewed him last week. Hopefully he’s had his mind changed? (and if he isn’t, someone needs to let Ratner know that his film is without a star!)
