We’ve lost so many of our stars this year – it’s a wonder the Milky Way can even find it’s way home.
The Weekend saw the loss of Bernie Mac, and now, Isaac Hayes – yep, ‘Chef’.
The “South Park” and “Shaft” – he did the theme tune – legend was found dead in his Memphis home. He was 65.
Hayes, who once told Reuters that he was a “health fanatic,” was reportedly found unconscious near a running treadmill at his home. He was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The cause of death was not known.
A sad, sad day for the music – and film – world.
