Ramona and Beezus Ginnifer Goodwin, John Corbett and Bridget Moynahan have joined the cast of “Ramona and Beezus,” a film based on the classic children’s book series. Elizabeth Allen (“Aquamarine”) is directing the Fox 2000/Walden Media film, based on the classic children’s book series written by Beverly Cleary. Goodwin will play 10-year-old Ramona’s favorite person, Aunt Bea, and Moynahan and Corbett will play the two girls’ parents, Dorothy and Bob Quimby. [Read More]

And Soon The Darkness Amber Heard and Odette Yustman have signed on to star in “And Soon the Darkness,” a remake of the 1970 British thriller being co-produced and co-financed by Studio Canal. Heard will also co-produce the film. Set in Argentina, “Darkness” tells the story of two American girls on a bike-riding trip in a remote part of the country. When one of them goes missing, the other must find her before darkness falls and her worst fears are realized. [Read More]
