Finally something on the “Sex and the City” sequel that isn’t from a site claiming to also have details on the plot (I mean, how could they!? The thing isn’t even written!).

“Sex and the City 2″ will be out May 2010, according to Variety. The first flick was released May 2008.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have all signed up for the next installment, as has writer Michael Patrick King – and as far as we know, he’s yet to even hand in the first draft of the pic so no, the ‘Big Baby’ rumour isn’t worth a red cent.

Filming on the flick – which, if you believe the tabloids, could involve a space-ship, feature Brad Pitt as Carrie’s new love interest, and be part-animated – starts this Summer.
