Paul Greengrass will no longer direct the 3D reboot of “Fantastic Voyage” for producer James Cameron and Fox.

According to Deadline, the “Bourne Ultimatum” director has jumped shipped to Warner Bros’ new “Treasure Island” flick.

Greengrass had no officially commited to “Voyage” but he was Cameron and producer Jon Landau’s only choice -and the only director shown the script – so it’d seem that deal was as good as a lock.

Maybe Cameron will consider directing “Voyage” himself?
