The trailer for “Thor”, directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Aussie Chris Hemsworth, has premiered over at Yahoo! Movies…. and may I say, swoooooon! (Or is that something I do, rather than say?)

We’ve been following this beauty’s climb from a binder full of storyboards to fully-fledged bank-draining production. We got our first glimpse of footage from the film at Comic Con earlier this year, before chatting to cast members Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth and Clark Gregg about it. We were also lucky enough to spend a few moments with the beast of the bard, Kenneth Branagh, who directed said flick. Yep, quite a departure from “Much Ado About Nothing” – though Keanu Reeves did don tights in that, did he not!?

“Thor”, based on the Marvel comic, stars Hemsworth in the title role – a Norse God who finds himself in modern-day America. Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Kat Dennings, Clark Gregg and Rene Russo co-star.

”Thor” opens next May. Expect drool rags to go up in price around Easter.
