The Hollywood Reporter is confirming a rumour first reported by the boys at Latino Review that Michael Clarke Duncan is set to voice the role of ‘Kilowog’ (apparently not some heavy-set Greek guy) in “Green Lantern”.

The deep-voiced “Daredevil” star plays a freakishly tall member of the Green Lantern corps; the one who’ll be training new recruits, including that of Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds).

Aussie actor Geoffrey Rush recently sign on to provide voice-work for the film too; he’s playing Tomar-Re.

Martin Campbell’s emerald-toned superfighter hits the big screen in June.
