Firstly, wish our broken-down ol’ webmaster a speedy recovery – Clint isn’t doing so well, but will hopefully be on the mend within days so that we can get some non-constructive bitching back on the site.
Ed Harris has never been thought of a Chameleon per say – though I suppose he did look a little different in “The Firm”, bald head and all – but this is some transformation. The first pic of Harris (“The Truman Show”, “The Rock”, “Appaloosa”) as senator John McCain in HBO’s “Game Change” movie is over at EW. Remarkable likeness (just as Julianne Moore is a dead ringer for Sarah Palin), if I do say so myself.

The mercurial performance of John McCain and the mesmerizing emergence of Sarah Palin. But despite the wall-to-wall media coverage of this spellbinding drama, remarkably little of the real story behind the headlines had been told—until now.
In Game Change, John Heilemann and Mark Halperin pull back the curtains on the Obama, Clinton, McCain, and Palin campaigns. Based on hundreds of interviews with the people who lived thestory, Game Change is a reportorial tour de force that reads like a fast-paced novel
