Yesterday at Comic-Con the gracious and good-natured Andrew Garfield showed up, complete with kiddie Spider-Man costume, to introduce the “Amazing Spider-Man” Panel in the facade of a guest. Following the big reveal he proceeded to write out a heartfelt and emotion-doused letter from Stan Lee, co-creator of the character, and spoke – nervously – about what it means for him to be playing such an iconic character.
