One of the big surprises of this year’s Comic-Con was “Ghost Rider : Spirit of Vengenace”, a terrific-looking sequel to a very middling 2006 superhero movie. Directors Neveldine & Taylor have seemingly blocked all calls from Mark Steven Johnston by making a film that’s not so much a sequel as it is a second-chance for the popular character; this ‘Ghost Rider’ film is scary, violent, gritty and… sick, in the best possible way. Or atleast that’s the impression the sizzle reel gave us.
