Oren Moverman, the writer and director of “The Messenger” fame, has been signed on to write the script for “The Terrorist Search Engine”, according to Deadline.

“Search Engine” will star Jesse Eisenberg (“The Social Network”, duh) as computer-whiz-turned-terrorism-fighter¬†Evan Kohlmann.

Moverman’s apparently pretty keen to direct the movie as well (under the watchful eye of producer Scott Rudin), but he’ll just have to wait and see for now.

The story of Kohlmann is pretty awesome- he tracked terrorists online and then became a federal witness in their court cases- all with the nickname “Doogie Howser of Terrorism”.

Sounds cool, yes? Moverman’s a plus, yes?
