Brad Peyton rewriting, directing Lobo movie

Movie News

The comic book “Lobo” is coming to the screen.
Published by DC Comics, “Lobo” is an alien that works as an interstellar mercenary and bounty hunter.
The character was originally introduced as a villain, but a decade later was re-established to be an anti-hero biker type.
Brad Peyton, who directed “Journey 2″, will rewrite and direct the film.
Joel Silver, of “The Matrix”, is one of the producers so I’d expect the film to be quite a special effects spectacle.
