“Bridesmaids” director Paul Feig will direct Reese Witherspoon in Disney’s fantasy comedy “The Wish List”, says THR.

The story centers on a career-oriented woman whose perfectly tailored life is thrown for a loop when all the wishes she made as a child are suddenly granted.

Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger, of “Kung-Fu Panda 2″, wrote the script, originally intended to be a vehicle for a male actor.

Feig had been in talks with Universal to direct the third “Bridget Jones” but pulled out feeling he wasn’t a fit.
