“Chasing Mavericks”, the surf drama (formerly known as “Of Men and Mavericks”) from “L.A Confidential” director Curtis Hanson, has washed up online.

Gerard Butler is the headline act, but Elisabeth Shue, Leven Rambin and Abigail Spencer are also paddling in it.

MTV premiered the trailer, which teases the tale of a surfer who wants to surf a legendary wave. Looks like a good film, lots of tense tubular, surfy moments! Bodhi would be front row for it if he were still going!
