1 : Those “Glee” kids sure have been brushing up on their Carly Rae Jepsen lyric sheets. Here’s a peek at a moment from the upcoming season :

2 : Peter Facinelli (“Twilight”, “Can’t Hardly Wait”) is starring in Victor Garcia’s “Gallow’s Hill”, which “follows an American (Facinelli), widowed from his Colombia-born wife, who flies to Bogota with his new fiancée (Myles) to retrieve his rebellious teenage daughter Jill (Ramos). After a car accident leaves them stranded in a rundown isolated inn, they discover the old innkeeper has locked a young girl in the basement and their decision to set her free has unintended consequences.”

3 : The teaser trailer for Spielberg’s “Lincoln” is online. Warning : It includes much facial hair.

4 : The trailer for – a film Katie and Ashleigh, from here at Moviehole, might sell their shares in Maybelline to see – “Wuthering Heights”, based on the dog-eared literary classic of the same name.

5 : Determined to beat that thing could sleep, that fuzzy-faced workaholic Philip Seymour Hoffman’s got another film coming out.

6 : Aussie soap alum Isabel Lucas is set for “Careful What You Wish For”, an Elizabeth Allen directed thriller about a youngster who gets more than he bargained for when he’s drawn into an affair with the young wife of a businessman.

7 : Elizabeth Banks and Diane Lane are set for Amy Berg’s “Every Secret Thing”, a Nicole Holofcener-scripted drama about two women who, at age 11, were convicted for the murder of a baby and jailed until they were 18.

8 : New Lois Lane (in “Man of Steel”) Amy Adams says she’s excited for audiences to see Henry Cavill getting about in tight blue pants. “It was great. It was really good. Henry [Cavill] – I hope you guys love him as Superman – worked so hard. He is just yummy and really committed to the role. He really did a good job. I haven’t seen the final cut and I have only seen a couple of the teasers. So I am with you guys. I know it because I was there but there was so much that I wasn’t involved in that I can’t wait to see.” As for how this new-age Lois? “..she is definitely a pistol still and she definitely gets herself in a lot of trouble still. But she is not as competitive, I would say, with Clark.”

9 : Gwyneth Paltrow might not be back for “The Avengers” sequel. Says Apple’s ma, “I just came off of Iron Man 3, which is as special effects-y and action-y as it gets, so to do something like [Thanks For Sharing] where it’s really small, funny and exciting, is really great. I don’t know [about returning for The Avengers seqeuel], I’m getting old for this shit, you know what I mean?”

10 : Joss Whedon – in turn confirming the “Slither” helmer’s anointment as director – is excited at the prospect of a James Gunn directed “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie.
