“Everwood” creator Greg Berlanti is developing a modern-day version of “Wuthering Heights” for NBC, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

”The Whole Truth”’s Tom Donaghy wrote the pilot for “Napa”, set against the backdrop of Napa Valley, which will place doomed lovers Catherine and Heathcliff in modern times.

Berlanti has sold two shows to the network, the other is called “Family Affair” and revolves “around two families in a small Connecticut town who are thrown together when an accident claims the lives of a mother and father who were having an affair.”
