Christopher Waltz to play a Man opposite a Muppet

Christopher Waltz to play a Man opposite a Muppet

Christoph Waltz, the Academy’s favorite Austrian (Just wait until Schwarzenegger comes out with “The Last Stand” – Ed), is in talks to star in Disney’s “Muppets” sequel.

The Hollywood Reporter says the film will feature a few main human characters, but Waltz’s Interpol Inspector is a main focus.

James Bobin is returning to direct and co-wrote the European set script with Nicholas Stoller.

David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman will be back to produce.

Although Jason Segel will be absent from the project, I’m hoping we can catch him in a cameo.
