Evan Rachel Wood has scored the lead role in “10 Things I Hate About Life”.

Yes, it sounds like it’s the sequel to “10 Things I Hate About You” and it’s even written and will be produced by the same people (Gil Junger and Andrew Lazar), but rest assured it’s completely unrelated.

Deadline says the flick is about a young man and woman who meet while both are attempting to kill themselves – and somewhere along the line in their chance encounter, they both find reasons not to do it.

Evan Rachel Wood has signed on to star but there’s still no word on who will play the man across from her.

I’m curious to see how this turns out, as there’ll no doubt be some pretty bleak material going on here – will you be watching?
