Adrianne Palicki & Josh Peck

Adrianne Palicki & Josh Peck

You have to feel a little bit sorry for Chris Hemsworth back in his first few years of Hollywood. Even with those dashing good looks. After making a great impression in his small role in ‘Star Trek’ Hemsworth was quickly cast in two major roles… in Joss Whedon’s ‘Cabin In The Woods’ and the remake of 1984’s ‘Red Dawn’. And then… the MGM went bankrupt, forcing both films onto the shelf until they could find a new distributor. During the years between filming those, and getting the role of ‘Thor’ (helped by Whedon’s recommendation) Hemsworth must have felt frustrated.
Fast forward to 2012 and suddenly, he is a huge star with ‘Cabin in the Woods’ finally being released, along with his record breaking ‘Avengers’, ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ and now… ‘Red Dawn’. So, with four films in one year, a baby and a hot wife, it’s tough to feel sorry for him anymore.

I got to sit down with two of the stars of Red Dawn, the lovely Adrianne Palicki and Josh Peck, to find out more about ”Red Dawn”!

Alicia Malone is a Film Reporter, TV Host, Producer, Writer, Editor, and all around movie geek. She developed her taste for film at a young age, spending many a heady Friday night pajama-clad at the video store, picking out her 7 films for 7 days for $7. Bargain! While at school she created a Film Club, electing herself President. Eventually the School Principal asked her not to get up in assembly to talk about movies anymore.
