Last week a rumour surfaced suggesting someone from the original ‘Superman’ movies would be making a surprise appearance in the reboot, “Man of Steel”.

Betcha nobody guessed it was this guy…..

Yep. A set video, shot last year, seems to suggest that director Zack Snyder has ‘Christopher Reeve’s version of Clark Kent’ cameoing in the film. Obviously, Reeve has passed, so that’s a look-a-like playing the role of ’80s Clark, but still… very cool. As you can see, that’s Henry Cavill’s Clark Kent on the bike, with the ‘Reeve’ impersonator on the side-walk.

Looks like a marvelous way to pass the torch.

Meanwhile, Empire’s (via ComicBookMovie) got the big guy on the cover of an upcoming issue, as well as a couple of new stills from the flick.
