Pilot season again!

Rumour is local girl Rachael Taylor, whose series “666 Park Avenue” recently got the chop over at ABC, has given herself to another pilot.

Taylor’s rumoured to have landed the role of an FBI agent in an as yet untitled thriller series to be directed by fellow Aussie Phillip Noyce (“Salt”).

Hopefully this time’s the charm for Taylor, whose last couple of small-screen offerings – the aforesaid “666″ and “Charlie’s Angels” – didn’t get a lot of love from Nielsen boxes.

Tassie-born Taylor, who we just adore here at the site, recently completed the movie “The Loft” starring opposite Karl Urban, James Marsden, and Wentworth Miller.
