8. Scarlett Johansson is directing an adaptation of Truman Capote’s “Summer Crossing”. “A 17-year-old debutant opts out of her parents’ Parisian travels to foster a romance with a Jewish valet parking attendant in the middle of a 1945 summer NYC heat wave.” (Deadline)

9. Universal has picked up ”Little Evil”, a dark comedy spec from ”Tucker and Dale vs Evil” writer-director Eli Craig. No synopsis at this time (The Hollywood Reporter)

10. “Hugo” stars Asa Butterfield and Chloe Moretz are back together for “The White Circus”, a fantasy adventure about a crashed pilot and his travels across a war-torn land (Screen Daily)
