Juan Antonio Bayona (“The Orphanage”) will direct Brad Pitt in the “World War Z” sequel, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The sequel comes on the reanimated foot of the successful summer release, which snared an impressive $540 million worldwide.
Pitt’s Plan B produced the surprise hit; the actor – starring in the film – will again wear the two hats on the sequel.
No release date set as yet.
