Tea Bag shoots a straight Arrow

T-Bag was busy today. As it was released earlier today Knepper has been cast in the much anticipated Hunger Games sequels, it’s also come out that he will be guest staring on ”Arrow” later in season two.

The ”Prison Break” star is reported to be playing the villain William Tockman, aka ‘Clock King’. According to TVLine, ‘Clock King’ gets his nickname from the exact timing of his crimes.

Knepper is a stand out bad guy, as seen by every other role he has ever played, and will fit in well with the genre awesome bad guys that Arrow is known for.

His character is due to show up in episode 14.

”Arrow” aired its mid-season finale tonight, and is due to return on January 15.
