Someone’s stiff on the cover of this week’s EW

Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike (a stiff version of the “Pride & Prejudice” actress, anyway) grace the cover of the new Entertainment Weekly.

The actors are stumping “Gone Girl”, the new David Fincher-thriller – based on the book of the same name – about a magazine writer (Affleck) who becomes the number one suspect in his wife’s (Pike) disappearance.

Unlike Fincher’s “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”, which was welcomingly faithful to the source material, Fincher has apparently made quite a few changes to the movie version – we’ll see what was added and what was subtracted come October.
