The film stars Judd Nelson, Academy Award™ nominee Eric Roberts, John Schneider, Michelle Gunn, Troy McKay and Phillip DeVona and was produced by Maurey Dahlen, DeVona, Patrick Durham, McKay and Randy Wayne. Struggling after the loss of his wife, the future looks bleak for Jerry McDonald (McKay). As a single-parent, tennis has become his only semi-social outlet with his eccentric best friend, Miles (DeVona), who’s working through anger management with the help of his life coach (Nelson). Reluctantly, Jerry caves to Miles’ pressure to play in a local tournament that could earn them a once in a life-time slot in an exhibition match at a prestigious national tournament, The Open. But they‘ll have to meet the infamous Gollant Brothers (Roberts and Schneider) who haven’t lost club champion status for a decade. Let the training begin.

Nelson, who first claimed fame as a member of THE BREAKFAST CLUB, has recently been seen on the big screen in the indie cult thriller BAD KIDS GO TO HELL, as well as on TV in the final season of NIKITA. Roberts, best known for his Academy Award™ nominated performance in RUNAWAY TRAIN, has recently been seen in the thriller CAMP DREAD, as well as guest starring on the popular FX show JUSTIFIED. Schneider, famous for playing Bo Duke on THE DUKES OF HAZZARD, can be currently seen as a regular on Tyler Perry’s THE HAVES AND THE HAVE NOTS on OWN.
