Zach Braff is in talks to direct a remake of ’70s caper flick “Going in Style”, according to Deadline.
Tedd Melfi (“St Vincent”) wrote New Line’s new take on the George Burns, Art Carney and Lee Strasberg starring comedy.
The 1979 film told of a three elderly men who get bored so decide to rob a bank.
Tony Bill, who produced the original, will be an executive producer on the new version.
Braff’s last film was the Kickstarter-funded “Wish I Was Here”, released earlier this year.
