Aaron Paul is rumoured to be starring in the first of the recently-announced “Star Wars” spin-off films, according to Making Star Wars.
Gareth Edwards (“Godzilla”) is directing the project, which will be released between the first two entries in J.J Abram’s and Rian Johnson’s “Star Wars” sequel trilogy.
The film is rumoured to be a prequel fixing on the adventures of a young Han Solo and co-pilot Chewbacca. Events in the film are said to tie-in with those in Johnson’s “Star Wars : Episode VIII”.
No word on which role Paul is playing – so don’t go making up mock pictures of the “Breaking Bad” actor as Han Solo just yet.
The project is expected to get underway at London’s Pinewood Studios in 2015, and is due for release in 2016.
