Women’s wrestling comedy “Glow” has been a big success for Netflix, and the streaming service have consequently renewed the show for a 10-episode second season.
The show is set in 1985 Los Angeles and follows Ruth Wilder (Alison Brie), a struggling out-of-work actress as she auditions for, trains and eventually makes TV’s first women’s wrestling show. The show also stars Betty Gilpin, Marc Maron, Ellen Wong, Britt Baron, Kimmy Gatewood, Betty Gilpin, Rebekka Johnson, Sunita Mani, Sydelle Noel, Gayle Rankin, Kia Stevens, Jackie Tohn, and Britney Young. It was created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch.
