Edward Norton and James Marsden are still be in the mix to play George W.Bush in Adam McKay’s Dick Cheney biopic.
Christian Bale has the lead role in the flick, a drama that’s ostensibly eyeing a late night green room’s worth of names for the supporting troupe.
In addition to the heavily rumoured Amy Adams and Steve Carell, who’d play Lynne Cheney and Donald Rumsfield respectively, The Hashtag Show says there’s three big roles currently being cast. In addition to Bush, there’s Mary Cheney, which MacKenzie Davis is said to be the front runner for, and Tyler Perry, Cuba Gooding, Jr., and Giancarlo Esposito are all up for former Secretary of State Colin Powell.
The untitled feature kicks off its shoot shortly with release expected sometime next year.
