Bond babe up for Amazonian princess?
They haven’t got a director yet (Joss Whedon recently exited), so I can’t imagine they’d be looking at too many actresses without him/her, can you? Nevertheless the rumour mill keeps-a-turning all the same.
Today, news from Cinemablend that Eva Green, most recently seen fogging up the theatre screen in “Casino Royale”, might be being eyeballed for the lead in Warner’s “Wonder Woman”.
The site says they’ve received the tip from a reliable scooper, and stresses that Green is merely one of several women that Producer Joel Silver is looking at for the lead (Sophia Bush, of “The Hitcher”, was also recently rumoured).
I don’t mind Green. She looks hotter than a pot of newly boiled minestrone soup, and I’m sure she’d fill out the wonder-bra nicely, too. Can’t say she’d be my first choice for Wonder Woman – I think Morena Baccarin, of “Firefly” fame, still has my vote – but if there were any truth to the rumour, I wouldn’t be sending poison pen letters to the studio.
