Earlier this week, author Timothy Zahn mentioned he was writing two more books for Lucasfilm that would fix on expanded universe villain Grand Admiral Thrawn. He would go on to say that he was waiting for Disney to shoot “Star Wars : Episode IX” before moving on with his stories.
Naturally, fans took Zahn’s comments to mean that he was forced to delay his stories because the “Star Wars” movie-verse had plans of their own for the Thrawn character. Not so, it seems. Zahn took to Facebook to clarify that his comments.
