“Brothers & Sisters” alum Calista Flockhart is returning to TV to play Supergirl’s boss!
Flockhart has joined the cast of CBS’ “Supergirl” alongside Melissa Benoist who stars as Kara Zor-El (aka Supergirl), a twenty-something who begins to embrace her extraordinary abilities after years of repressing her powers.
Flockhart will play Cat Grant, the self-made media magnate and founder of CatCo who started as a reporter and has built her company into a global powerhouse. Kara works as Cat’s assistant.
Mehcad Brooks and Laura Berlanti also star as Jimmy Olsen and Kara’s mum, respectively.
