With just four episodes left until Arrow thwarts Damien Dhark, “Arrow” forumites have started to speculate who might be Season 5’s big bad?
A casting call issued for the CW series offers a hint as to the identity of Oliver’s next opponent.
TV Line says, “James” is described as an “irrepressibly charming” contemporary of Oliver’s who is said to be “a man on a mission” out to avenge a tragic, violent loss from his past.
The site says casting wizards are out to find an ethnic actor, in his late 20s/early 30s, who possesses some sort of physical threat to the green-hooded one.
The site adds that, ‘James’ could “just as easily shake your hand as your best friend or break your neck as your worst enemy — and you never know which one is coming. Either way, he’s more than capable of having a good time as he does it.”
The as-yet-to-be-cast actor joins Echo Kellum, whose Palmer Tech whiz Curtis Holt becomes a permanent fixture on the show, for the new season.
