Ben Affleck teases Deathstroke in upcoming DC film?!

Ben Affleck has taken to social media to share a cryptic clue as to the identity of the next DC movie villain…

Affleck uploaded a video (below) of what appears to be test footage of DC villain Deathstroke, but he hasn’t told us which film the footage is from!

The two obvious assumptions to make from the video is to that Deathstroke will appear in either “Justice League” or Affleck’s solo “Batman” movie.

Considering filming is currently underway on “Justice League”, it would be reasonable to conclude that the footage is from the ensemble hero film, however a report from TheWrap suggests the villain will instead go up against the Dark Knight in the “Batman” movie.

Created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez, Deathstroke (aka Slade Wilson) is a soldier-turned-assassin who got superhuman strength, intelligence and regenerative abilities in an experimental super-soldier project.

“Justice League” is directed by Zack Snyder and hits theaters on November 10, 2017. Affleck will play Batman opposite Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, and Ezra Miller as the Flash.

Affleck will then star in, direct and co-write the standalone “Batman” film.
