“Game of Thrones” breakout star Emilia Clarke is set to join another massive franchise.
Clarke has been cast in the upcoming Han Solo movie, joining Alden Ehrenreich and Donald Glover who are set to play Han Solo and Lando Calrissian, respectively. Details of Clarke’s role were not revealed.
The film is set prior to the original “Star Wars” trilogy and will be directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.
Still without a title, the project has been slated for release in 2018.
