“Captain America” actor Neal McDonough will play the villain in season four of “Arrow”, says The Live Feed.
The actor, whose other TV credits include “Band of Brothers” and “Justified”, will play Damien Darhk, the leader of the secret organization H.I.V.E. Darhk was a former member of the League of Assassins, but had a falling out with third season villain Ra’s al Ghul (Matt Nable).
McDonough recently reprised his “Captain America” role of Dum Dum Dugan for ABC’s “Marvel’s Agent Carter”.
