Carrie-Anne Moss joins Marvel’s A.K.A. Jessica Jones

“Marvel’s A.K.A. Jessica Jones” is taking shape with another actress joining the show in a recurring role.

The latest addition to the cast is Carrie-Anne Moss, who will play a no-nonsense woman who could be a powerful ally to Jessica (Krysten Ritter), assuming she’s not completely alienated by her first.

Previous casting announcements include Rachael Taylor as Jessica’s best friend Trish Walker, David Tennant as villain Kilgrave and Mike Colter playing Luke Cage. Of course Ritter plays titular character Jessica Jones.

The Netflix series will follow Jessica, over 13 eps, as she rebuilds her personal life and detective career after a short-lived stint as a superhero.
