James Cox is directing the film about financial genius Joe Hunt and tennis pro Dean Karny’s early 1980’s Ponzi scheme called the Billionaire Boys Club. When Levin’s investment turned out to be worthless, the scheme collapsed and, in 1987, Hunt was convicted of Levin’s murder.
Marisa Tomei, Timothy Olyphant, Charlie Plummer and Mireille Enos will star in indie drama “Behold My Heart”.
Joshua Leonard is directing the film from the script he penned with Rebecca Lowman about a woman and her teenage son (Tomei and Plummer) who must enter uncharted territory in order to move on with their lives in the wake of a tragedy.
